3、 Process introduction of food waste and tail vegetable waste treatment production line 1. The pretreatment system of food waste and tail vegetable waste is composed of sealed hopper, negative pressure sorting platform, magnetic separator, shear crusher, drum screening machine, mixed crushing pulping machine, shaftless screw conveyor, packer and pulping tank. The whole pretreatment system is uniformly arranged in the pretreatment workshop. 2. The kitchen garbage and tail vegetable garbage collected by the collection truck are put into the sealed receiving bin, transported to the negative pressure sorting platform through the shaftless screw conveyor, and the large metal substances are selected by the magnetic separator; The sorted food waste is transported to the shear crusher by screw to crush the organic matter, plastic bags and other foreign substances in the food waste; The crushed materials are transported to the drum screen screening machine through the shaftless screw conveyor to sort out the solid plastics and lunch boxes in the materials and send them to the packer, compress and pack them and then send them to the domestic waste incineration plant; The organic materials are transported to the pulping machine through shaftless screw for pulping, and then discharged into the pulping tank; The organic materials in the pulping tank are transported to the mixing cooking tank through the transfer pump. 3. The pneumatic cover is added at the top of the silo. The pretreatment system and its material conveying process are all closed and negative pressure. The odor gas is led out by the induced draft fan and collected in the deodorization system for deodorization treatment.



Note: steam heating system is added for equipment in colder areas in winter to prevent blockage caused by oil solidification and sticking.
